Sacraficed ORIGINAL

This is the ORIGINAL 16x20 Canvas wrapped and painted with Acrylic paint. This is a piece on the burning cross and the passion one can have for Christ. I have always had a very close relationship with Jesus since I was little. In the moment I was really feeling the feelings of him asking God why he had been forsaken but realizing it was for the greater good. There are intentional tears in the piece to really emphasize the pain and persecution.
